We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in Cusco. The value for money is unbeatable and the hosts, Julio and his uncle, were the kindest and most accommodating people we've ever met. They went above and beyond to help us book tours and give us advice on the local area. The room we stayed in had a great view and was spacious and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and they even let us take some to go when we had an early trip. The fact that they stored our belongings for free while we visited Machu Picchu was a huge bonus. the hospitality and warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable.
Although we had a great stay, there were a few minor issues. The water, especially hot water, had some problems during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still within a short walk to the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and hot showers that lasted a long time. The staff were extremely friendly and treated us like family. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying, and hot tea was available 24 hours a day. We also appreciated their assistance with laundry and ordering a taxi to the airport at 5 am. this hotel offered great value and we highly recommend it.
Not one thing.

We had an amazing experience during our New Year stay! the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided free hot water, tea, coffee, and even bag storage, which was really convenient. the blankets in the room were exceptionally warm, perfect for the chilly weather. the view from the hostel was absolutely incredible, we couldn't get enough of it. the breakfast was basic but satisfying, and we loved that we could add eggs as an option. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
To our stay. the minimal English spoken by the staff made communication a bit challenging, but they were still nice and always available to help.

The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver when we had a late check-in due to flight delays. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home in Cusco Historic Center.
Language barrier with staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that hot water, tea, coffee, and baggage storage were all provided free of charge. The beds were cozy and the rooms were comfortable, almost like a hotel. the location in the San Blas quarter was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay.
The hot water was only available on low pressure, which made for less enjoyable showers. Some of the rooms had a glass front without access to fresh air, which made the rooms feel a bit stuffy at times.
